We Would See Jesus by Roy and Revel Hession is a great book about Christian life. It starts with sin and ends with the way and the end that is Christ. The book explains very well that the correct mindset should be that we always call upon Jesus instead of trying to "become more righteous" by ourselves.
Challenge: Read a Christian book: Write a blurb about it! - 50 points

Went on a social media fast for sometime over the winter break which was really really challenging, especially having to talk to my family in difficult times and feeling like wanting to go back to social media haha After the 5 days were up I also made a commitment to staying away from my phone more often, especially when I'm with groups of people. Overall it was good for me to just get away from things (:

I read Timothy Keller's The Reason For God in preparation for the apologetic booths for the Chicago Mission Trip. Overall, it was a great read. It went over the gospel, to things like the resurrection of Jesus, and science and faith, and plenty of other things! For myself, I was really thankful that I got to refresh myself on this apologetics and my understanding of certain things. A highlight for me was getting to learn about things that I didn't know about it and feel confident in sharing it. If you have questions about the book or are interested in it, feel free to reach out to me!

Writing down 10 things I am grateful has been very impactful. It really helped me in my worst days and times when I felt down. Finding something you are thankful for helps you count the good things in your life even when things are horrible. It helped me see that even in my worst days there's still something to be thankful for. When things aren't working too well for me, I am reminded that there is something I could find that is going well, there's still hope because I have life and there might be other people in this world that have it way worse than I do. Thank you Jesus.
